Abstract

The comparative analysis of the energy dissipation in process of steel St3 samples tension, which was produced by intensive plastic deformation (rolling with shift) and standard rolling, was fulfilled. It was shown that general specific work of plastic deformation of samples after rolling with shift higher than after standard rolling. Revealed laws of changes of the energy parameters of rolling, temperature of metal in the rolling grooves, specific work of plastic deformation, density of defects confirm the development of intensified motion of defects during the rolling with shift.
